What kinds of products do you work with?
We focus on categories where Thailand has real capability: garden and outdoor products, home improvement and hardware, industrial components, plastics, metals, ceramics, and related consumer goods.
Do you only work with large volumes?
We are most effective when there is a real program behind the request—typically container‑level volumes today or a credible path to that level. We are not set up for one‑off sample buying.
Can you support other countries beyond Thailand?
Yes. Thailand is our base, but we also collaborate with trusted partners in nearby markets when a multi‑country strategy makes sense. We keep coordination simple for your team.
How do your fees work?
We use a consulting‑style structure: a clearly scoped retainer for the work up to supplier recommendation and sampling, and a modest success fee tied to awarded business. We will walk your team through the model before any commitment.
Can you work directly with our factories?
Yes. Once programs are awarded, we can either step back into a light‑touch support role or continue as your local partner for QC visits, audits, and issue resolution. The model is flexible.
What is the best way to start?
The simplest first step is to share a short brief or an existing RFQ. We will review quietly and give you a realistic view on whether Thailand is a fit and what timelines look like.
